How Long Does It Take For Orders To Arrive?

Curious how long it'll take for you to have your lip balms in hand after placing your order? Well, there are two timelines that will determine that.

The first is our processing time, which is how long it takes us to pick, pack and ship an order. We normally get orders out the door within a maximum of five business days. And we try to be even faster than that. Remember that those are business days though, and they don't include weekends or holidays because we're not working those days because we need some time off too.

Once your order is shipped, you'll get a notification and that's when you can start counting the shipping days. Each shipping method we have at checkout will give you a time range, and day one is the date after that shipping notification goes out.

Unfortunately, there's no guarantee with shipping dates - but they're usually pretty close!
