We pack all of your orders here in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada and it takes up to 10 business days to prep your goodies for you. We ship within Canada and the US, and you'll see custom rates for your address pop up at check out.

FREE Shipping

***Please note that there are some temporary changes to our Canadian shipping rates due to the possibility of a Canada Post strike. US orders will not be affected by this whatsoever.

Canadian Orders: FREE tracked shipping sent with a services that does not rely on Canada Post on all orders of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts have been applied. For orders less than $75, we are offering a flat rate of $10 for tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within 4 to 12 business days. 

US Orders: Spending $50 or more is pretty much like winning the lotto because we’ll be shipping all of your goodies off to you for FREE to anywhere in Canada or the US. Parcels sent within Canada are going snail mail with a stamp (so no tracking), but within a few weeks you’ll be doing a happy dance at the mailbox. And parcels to the US ship via USPS and include tracking.

Order must equal $50 or more before taxes, and after any applicable discounts. 

Flat Rate Shipping

Don't qualify for free shipping? We've got some great flat rates for you! Any shipment under $75 qualifies for our $10 CAD flat rate to anywhere in Canada with a tracked service that does not rely on Canada Post.

In the US? We've got a flat rate of $9 USD that kicks in on orders all orders below $50, and it includes tracking. Once shipped, US orders take 8-20 business days to be delivered

Shipping Protection

Want some reassurance about the safety of your package? By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying a small percentage of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. 

Packages covered by Package Protection can only be replaced once.

Just like underwear, lip balms aren't the sort of thing you can try and return, but we've got your back if you find something's not right.
