We pack all of your orders here in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada and it takes up to 10 business days to prep your goodies for you. We ship within Canada and the US, and you'll see custom rates for your address pop up at check out.

FREE US SHIPPING:

Spending $50 or more is pretty much like winning the lotto because we’ll be shipping all of your goodies off to you for FREE to anywhere in the US via USPS with tracking.

Order must equal $50 or more before taxes, and after any applicable discounts. 

US Flat Rate Shipping

In the US? We've got a flat rate of $5 USD that kicks in on orders all orders below $50, and it includes tracking. Once shipped, US orders take 8-20 business days to be delivered

FREE CANADIAN SHIPPING:

Free Shipping on Orders $75+: Orders over $75 CAD (before tax) will qualify for free shipping, also tracked (not shipped via Canada Post) and estimated to arrive within 4-12 business days.

PO Boxes, RR and LCD Addresses: Unfortunately, we're not able to deliver to any of these addresses during the Canada Post strike as other carriers will not service these addresses.

Shipping Protection

Want some reassurance about the safety of your package? By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying a small percentage of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. 

Packages covered by Package Protection can only be replaced once.

Returns and Exchanges

Just like underwear, lip balms aren't the sort of thing you can try and return, but we've got your back if you find something's not right. Canada Post Strike Delays

If you placed an order before November 15, 2024 and selected our Canada Post Lettermail flat rate or free shipping options at checkout and have not yet received your order, it will be delayed due to the strike.

If you placed your order after this date or chose a carrier other than Canada Post, your order should arrive as expected.

Please note that US orders are not affected by the strike. We do not ship any of our US orders via Canada Post.

As announced by Canada Post, during the national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), their operations are temporarily shut down. This means mail and parcels already in their system aren’t being processed or delivered.

Canada Post has assured that all items in their network are secure and will be delivered as soon as possible on a first-in, first-out basis once operations resume. However, they have suspended service guarantees, and it may take extra time to clear the backlog once the strike ends.

The Canada Post strike has made delivery timelines unpredictable. While we included information at checkout about the possibility of delays when choosing Canada Post, the exact length of these delays depends on how long the strike lasts. We’re keeping a close eye on the situation and appreciate your patience as we wait for updates.

Due to the special circumstances of the Canada Post strike, we are allowing extra time for delayed orders to arrive. Orders shipped via Canada Post Lettermail will be considered lost if they haven’t arrived 30 Canada Post business days after the date they were shipped.

  • What’s a Canada Post business day? These are weekdays (Monday to Friday) when Canada Post is operational. They exclude weekends, holidays, and strike days when no mail is moving.

This extended timeframe accounts for the additional delays caused by the strike and the time needed for Canada Post to clear any backlogs once operations resume. We appreciate your patience as we work through these exceptional circumstances together.

If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order, please note that this service covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages but does not cover delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as the Canada Post strike. Rest assured, your order is secure within the Canada Post system and will be delivered as soon as possible once operations resume. If your order is considered lost under our policy, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether or not you purchased shipping protection.
