Let’s get right to the point:
We don’t have a retail store — and that’s on purpose.
People often ask, “Do you have a store I can visit?” It’s a kind question, especially from people who want to support Canadian businesses. So we wanted to explain why we chose to stay online-only — and how you can still shop with us in a fun and easy way!
Why We Don’t Have a Store
We don’t have our own retail store, and that’s on purpose. Here's why:
Having a cute little Eclair Lips shop sounds nice, but running a store takes a lot of time, energy, and money.
Right now, it’s just the two of us — Sylvie and Mario — running everything. Our workspace is in an area with almost no walk-in traffic, so having a store wouldn't make much sense. Hiring staff wouldn’t be easy either. And to fill a store, we’d need to make a lot more products, which costs a lot and takes extra work. That’s not the right path for us right now — and that’s okay.
We’ve thought about all the “what ifs” and “you coulds.” We really do appreciate the ideas, but we’ve made a choice that feels good and works for our life.
What About Local Pickup?
At this time, we don’t offer local pickup. We know it’s something people sometimes ask about, but the truth is, our workspace just isn’t set up for visitors, and trying to coordinate pickups around everything else we’re juggling — production, shipping, customer service, and, of course, our family’s schedule — would be a lot to manage. With kids in the mix and a business that keeps us plenty busy already, adding pickup logistics would stretch us too thin.
Do Other Stores Carry Eclair Lips?
While we don’t have a retail location of our own, there is one store in Moncton, New Brunswick that carries a small selection of our products: The Wellness Exchange. If you're hoping to find something specific, we recommend calling ahead to check what’s in stock. Aside from this one location, we only sell our products online.
A Family Business With a Big Heart
Eclair Lips is a small, family-run business in Moncton, New Brunswick. Since 2015, we’ve been making fun lip balm that brings joy and comfort.
We put a lot of care into everything we do. As two neurodivergent business owners, we’ve created a work rhythm that supports our needs and our family. We want to do this for a long time, and that means taking care of our health and happiness too. Pushing ourselves too far just isn’t part of our plan.

Here’s how we make it simple:

- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 USD
- Flat-rate U.S. shipping of just $5 USD on smaller orders
And for our U.S. customers: the de minimis rule is still in place. This means if your order is under $800 USD, you won’t pay customs fees. (We’re watching for updates in case this changes, but so far, you’re in the clear!)
