All of our products are handmade in Moncton, New Brunswick and shipped by our fulfillment partner in Toronto, Ontario. Once we receive your order, it will normally ship within 1-2 business days. We ship to Canada and the US and have some great affordable options to get your goodies to you. 

Canadian Shipping:

We offer a variety of affordable shipping rates at checkout - just enter your address to see which rates are available for your area.

Spend $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts), and we’ll ship your order for a flat rate of $5 to anywhere in Canada!

Please note that during Canada Post service disruptions, we may not be able to deliver to to PO Boxes, rural routes (RR), or remote areas that are only serviced by Canada Post. If you're unsure about your address, feel free to reach out to us at info@eclairlips.com before placing your order.

In the US? We've got a flat rate of $6.99 USD that includes tracking. 

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions with the use of a code. This code cannot be combined with other discount codes. Orders with free shipping will ship via our standard methods for your country as described above.

Returns and Exchanges

Just like underwear, lip balms aren't the sort of thing you can try and return, but we've got your back if you find something's not right.
