We’re happy to offer tracked shipping on every order, so you’ll always have a way to follow your package. Delivery times are estimates only, and delays outside of Eclair Lips Inc.’s control may occur.

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto  

US orders ship tariff-free from our warehouse in South Carolina  

Shipping Options & Timelines

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your location.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can reship at your expense or refund the product price minus original shipping once the package is returned to our facility.

Canada Post Strike or Service Disruptions

In the event of a Canada Post strike or other service disruption, certain addresses such as PO Boxes, rural routes, or other areas only serviced by Canada Post may become temporarily undeliverable. If we are unable to ship your order using an alternative tracked courier at a reasonable cost, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund of all amounts paid (including products, taxes, and shipping).
