By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying a small percentage of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed. Please note that Package Protection does not cover instances where shipping information was incomplete or inaccurate. 

If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim.   

If your package did not include tracking and has not been received 20 business days after the date of your shipping confirmation email, contact us to file a claim. Claims on untracked packages must be filed no later than 45 days after ship date. 

We will send you a replacement order in the event of: 

  • A tracked package being marked delivered by the courier but not received
  • Packages that are presumed lost
  • Packages that arrive damaged

To file a claim, contact us with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. 

If you declined Package Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier.

Packages covered with Package Protection are only eligible to be replaced once. 

Important Note: Shipping Protection does not cover delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier strikes or natural disasters. While these situations can impact delivery times, we will always work with you to resolve any issues with your order.
