Until September 30th, we will replace any orders that arrive in a melted state. Alternatively, a store credit can be offered to allow customers to order replacements at a later time.
To take advantage of this offer, customers must promptly contact our customer service team and submit a photograph showcasing the condition of their melted lip balms. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
A lip balm is considered melted if it has liquified to the point where it has leaked into the cap, or outside of the tube. Lip balms that have merely softened due to high temperatures are not deemed eligible for this policy, and can be re-solidified by relocating them to a cooler area or refrigerating them for 15 minutes.
