Every time I post a video of me making lip balm, the internet blesses me with some very strange comments.
One day, I logged onto YouTube to find a real gem: someone accusing me of using beaver butts in my lip balm. (Yes. really - we've got a screenshot for you in the images section)
If you're wondering where that idea came from, let me introduce you to castoreumāa substance that technically comes from a beaverās behind and smells like vanilla.
It has been used in perfume, food, and cosmeticsā¦ but donāt worry, itās super rare these days, and I definitely DO NOT use it in my products.
But when the internet throws weirdness at me, I roll with it. And when people begged me to make a beaverless Beaver Butts Lip Balm, I just had to do it.

ok... hear me out lol- i think beaver butts are cute (that tail!) but this lip balm is INCREDIBLE and I never want to run out! (i already ordered 2 more tubes because i heard this scent sometimes runs out!)
i just found Eclair Lips and i am in love! they feel amazing going on, the smell is incredible but the lip balms don't taste like anything! so no extra lip licking!!
The fact that i am supporting a small business is icing on the cake. Buy beaver butts- you won't regret it!

Worth every penny!
I ordered the Beaver Butts lip balm after seeing an ad online. Best decision ever. I love buying Canadian products and it is SO buttery and smooth. Instantly soothed my chapped lips, and THE SMELL. Absolutely delicious(no, I didn't eat it but not for a lack of wanting to)! Can't wait to try more!

This lip balm smells insanely good. It makes my lips super soft. I only wish it tasted as good as it smells. There is no taste, which I knew when ordering, but if tasted like maple, I'd give it six stars!

This lip balm smells so delicious and feels so luxuriously silky, that an advisory should be added ; donāt let small children smell it - theyāll try to eat it. It certainly evokes nostalgic family brunch gatherings for me. Also, I am no longer addicted to Blixtex. Yay.
