I have an allergy - can you change the formula for me?

We are not able to to change our formula for individual requests.

Do your products contain SPF?

No, none of our products contain SPF

Do your lip balms have a taste?

Can you substitute a flavor in a bundle for me?

We are not able to substitute any of the flavors in our bundles, but most of our products are available to be purchased individually.

What’s my order status?

Once we receive your order, it will take up to 5 business days to ship. Once it does ship, you will receive an email notification. If you have not received a notification yet, it has not shipped.
