How to use a Coupon Code

Got a coupon code? Yay! 🎉 Let's make sure you get that sweet little discount. If you're not sure where to put it (and maybe tried to drop it in the order notes box — no worries, you're not alone!), here's a quick guide to show you exactly where it goes.

📱 On Mobile

When you’re shopping on a phone or tablet, the spot to enter your coupon code isn’t always obvious — but it’s there! You’ll just need to tap one little link to reveal it.

Step 1: When you get to the payment screen, look near the top for a link that says “Show order summary.” Tap that first:

Step 2: Once you tap that, the order summary will expand — and you’ll see the magical coupon code box appear!

💻 On Desktop

Shopping on a computer? You’ve got it easy — the discount code box is usually right there in the order summary column on the right-hand side of the checkout page. Just pop your code in before you complete your payment.

💡 One Last Thing

If you accidentally typed your code in the Order Notes box in your cart — it won’t apply automatically (we wish it worked that way too!). Just be sure to enter it in the right place on the checkout/payment screen so your discount gets applied properly.

🤔 What if your coupon code isn’t working?

There are a few common reasons a code might not go through — here are some things to double check:

• ✨ The code might only apply to specific products.
• 📦 Some codes are for orders shipping to certain locations.
• 💸 Discount codes are only valid on regular-priced items — if something’s already marked down, the code won’t apply to it.
• ⏳ The code may have expired.
